Two ways. Single items are flat-rate — small items cost $99, large items start at $199, based on the item and where it's located. Multiple items are priced by the space they take up in our truck, with tiers posted in full on our multi-item pricing page. And for one-offs — like an above-ground pool demo or taking down a shed — check out our list of special services, each priced by the job.
For single items — yes. Flat-rate pricing based on the item and where it's located. Special services — pools, sheds, hot tubs, and the like — can usually be priced over the phone too; a few details about size, material, and access is all we need. For multiple items, pricing depends on how much space everything takes up in our truck, so it's assessed and confirmed on-site the day of your appointment.
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and checks. We don't charge credit card fees.
Often same-day or next-day, depending on the schedule. Book online for a real-time look at availability, or call — if a truck's nearby with room on the route, we'll tell you.
For most jobs, no — as long as we can reach the items and confirm the price with you by phone, we can handle it while you're at work. Many storage unit and estate jobs are done entirely remotely, even for out-of-state customers.
Book online, or call 888-533-5865. Either way, we'll give you a 2-hour arrival window and the team will call when en route.

Almost everything two people can lift — furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, boxes, exercise equipment — plus the big take-downs: hot tubs, above-ground pools, decks, sheds, swing sets, trampolines, and billiard tables. See the full list on what we take.
Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, asbestos, oils, propane tanks — and anything requiring licensed hazmat disposal. When in doubt, ask; if we can't take it, we'll point you to who can.
Yes — we remove appliances with freon. Empty or full, doesn't matter — we'll handle it.
Whenever we can. Furniture and household goods in good shape get dropped at local donation centers on the route instead of the disposal site — it's built into how we run our days.
No — that's the point of full-service. Show us what needs to go — basement, upstairs, backyard, garage — and we'll handle the rest.
Single items: minutes. Standard multi-item pickups: under an hour. Full cleanouts and demo jobs like decks and sheds: usually a day or less. We'll give you a window when you book, and we call ahead on the way.
Every job ends with a sweep-up — the job's not done until the space is actually usable.
Every day — property managers, realtors, offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses, contractors, schools, and municipalities. Cubicles, filing cabinets, printers, pallets, store fixtures, dumpster overflow — see our commercial services.
Yes — commercial terms including Net 30 are available for established business accounts like property managers, realtors, and contractors. Ask when you call and we'll set it up.
