Generally, no. As long as you can give us access to the unit beforehand, we'll come in, take before photos, finish the work, and provide photo proof that everything was completed as expected. Plenty of customers simply leave the unit unlocked and give the crew a gate code — and we take it from there.

Yes. We leave it broom-swept and ready to hand back to the facility, so you're not paying another month over a dusty floor.
