Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a job, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, photos of the items or space, and any details you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies through Google Ads and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, and to measure our advertising. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site.
We use your information to respond to quote requests, schedule and perform jobs, send service communications, improve our website and advertising, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers that make our business run: our scheduling and booking platform (HousecallPro), workflow tools that route your quote request to our team (Zapier, Google Workspace), our photo upload provider (Uploadcare), and advertising/analytics platforms (Google). These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We keep customer and job records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. Quote requests that don't become jobs are periodically cleared.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep) by emailing us or calling 888-533-5865. To opt out of personalized Google advertising, visit Google Ads Settings. Most browsers also let you block or clear cookies.
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
