What you'll do
  • Removing furniture, clutter, and household junk
  • Basement, garage, shed, and backyard cleanouts
  • Light disassembly (beds, desks, shelves, etc.)
  • Loading and organizing items in the truck
  • Visiting disposal sites and donation centers
  • Delivering a friendly and professional customer experience
A typical day
Morning

Start between 7:30 and 9:00 AM. Quick team huddle and job rundown.

Throughout the day

Multiple stops for residential and commercial jobs, dump site visits, and donation drop-offs when possible.

Wrap-up

Finish between 2:30 and 5:00 PM. Return to base, quick review, prep for the next day.

Everything the Specialist does, plus you drive the truck and run the quotes — assessing jobs, confirming pricing with customers, and leading the stop.

What you'll do
  • Everything the Specialist does — lifting, loading, cleanouts
  • Driving our trucks (21+ only, Non-CDL)
  • Navigating routes between jobs, dump sites, and donation centers
  • Running on-site quotes and confirming pricing with customers
  • Pre-trip checks — keeping the truck safe, legal, and road-ready
A typical day
Morning

Start between 7:30 and 9:00 AM. Huddle, grab the keys, pre-trip check, and route rundown.

Throughout the day

You drive the crew between stops, run the quotes on arrival, and lead the job — plus dump runs and donation drop-offs.

Wrap-up

Finish between 2:30 and 5:00 PM. Park it clean, quick review, prep the route for tomorrow.

What we're looking for

  • Keeping customers updated on arrival windows
