If there's a closing date to hit, tell us — a full home can often be cleared in a single day, and we'll deliver before-and-after photos as proof of completion for out-of-state family or the sale file.

Pricing depends on the scope of work and how extensive the clean out is — sometimes it's clearing a few leftover pieces, sometimes it's emptying a 4,500 sq ft estate. The price all depends on what needs to be done, and it's set before we start.
Absolutely — we try our best to limit what reaches the landfill. If you see our team piling things to the side as they work, it's because we drop donations off separately instead of mixing them with the rest of the load.
