• Building material: lumber, drywall, tile, concrete, bricks, pavers, and sand may carry a charge depending on quantity
• TVs / computer monitors: +$25 per unit
• Tires: $10 each · on rims $20 · tractor-size varies
• Mercer County mattress disposal: $50 each
• Sales tax: 6.625%
• Elevators: +15% if required (storage units excluded)
• Complex disassembly: extra for exercise equipment or custom-built items
• Heavy items (3–4 movers, e.g. pianos): extra fees apply
• Cleanouts: hoarding or heavy loose debris may carry extra fees — let us know beforehand

Got a really big job? For large-scale cleanouts we can send multiple trucks and multiple crews at once — from cluttered to cleared in one business day.
Planning ahead? Give us a call in advance and we'll schedule multi-truck service at no additional cost to get multiple trucks on site. As always, you just pay for what you fill.
