Not at all. We dig down far enough to reach the concrete footing, cut it below ground level, and backfill the hole. The goal is to leave nothing sticking out and nothing you’ll trip over or catch with a mower down the road.
Yes. Even when the bolts are rusted — and they usually are — we grind them off with the right tools and leave the surface smooth.
It depends on the hoop. Smaller residential jobs usually take two of us; for larger or heavier hoops we bring a crew of up to four so we can take it down safely.
